Legendary designer Sergio Lozano’s anatomically inspired masterpiece has, for some, come to be called ’The Air Max’. The shoe was a major breakthrough for Nike on all fronts.

The 95 was inspired by the human body, the midsole represented the spine, the cascading graduated grey side panels represented the muscle fibres which flow into the loop lace straps, acting as a custom rib cage for an astonishing and memorable fit.

Revolutionary compartmentalized air with varying PSI units in the heel (5 PSI at the back for a soft landing, 25 PSI side pontoons for stability) give the shoe an exceptional ride.

Confident of the shoes success, Nike placed a discreet Swoosh near the ankle, letting the shoe’s beauty speak for itself.
